About Sarah St.Martin

A Space for Healing and Reconnection

Welcome! I'm Sarah St.Martin, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples move from feeling stuck and disconnected to feeling understood, secure, and whole. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves relationships that feel safe and fulfilling—starting with the one we have with ourselves. I will work with you at your pace to move beyond surface-level fixes. Together we can do the meaningful work of healing. Whether you feel caught in cycles of anxiety, are navigating the pain of past wounds, or feel distant from your partner. I provide a comfortable, compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to express, explore, understand, and transform your emotional being.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, rooted in the powerful, evidence-based practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This model allows us to get to the heart of the matter—understanding the feelings and deep seated patterns that keep you from the closeness you desire. For couples, we work to interrupt negative cycles, rebuild trust, and restore both emotional and physical intimacy. For individuals, we explore your inner landscape to foster self-awareness and create lasting change. Together, we will work to calm the noise, make sense of your pain, and help build secure, resilient bonds with yourself and the people who matter most.

My Approach

My practice is centered on providing warm, collaborative, and effective therapy for adults and couples. Using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework, we hone in together to understand your emotional world. We begin the process of healing relational wounds, and building secure, lasting connections. My services are affirming and inclusive for all individuals, including the LGBTQ+ community.

Couples Therapy

For couples feeling distant, caught in repetitive arguments, or struggling to reconnect after a betrayal, therapy offers a structured and supportive space to heal. We focus on interrupting negative cycles and rebuilding the emotional safety that allows for true intimacy. Our sessions are designed to help you and your partner learn to communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and restore the deep, secure bond you both long for.
